Precautions for electronic devices
Electronic devices are fragile and valuable. We recommend doubling up their protection by putting phones in waterproof pouches inside dry bags. Cameras can be placed in a small dry bag (5L or 10L) inside a large dry bag (30L, 40L, 60L).
Ensure your bags are closed and check water resistance regularly before your session using a paper towel.DO NOT SWIM WITH THE BAG NEITHER IMMERSE IT UNDERWATER.
Fastening system
To ensure good water resistance: 1/ Carefully roll down the top of the bag 5 times, by tightening the folds across the thickness of the strap.
2/ Fasten the side buckles. 3/ Fasten the centre buckles.
Leave some air in the bag. The bag should look inflated once closed: this makes it more watertight and allows it to float if dropped in the water.
Eco-design
Various eco-design innovations have allowed a 58% reduction in the CO2 impact of the 30L bag.- The reduction in the number of manufacturing steps has a direct consequence on the decline in necessary resources (water and fuel).
- Using specific non-dyed textiles. The colour is put directly into the outer PVC layer. The dye is one of the most polluting textile processes, so avoiding this step makes it possible to save lots of CO2.
Storage
The 5L and 10L bags can be placed inside the 30L, 40L and 60L bags to double the waterproof protection of sensitive objects and to separate belongings.
