We conducted a study into the effects of compression when running.This study proves that wearing compression socks:
1 - improves blood flow by 47% which increases oxygen levels in the muscles,
2 - reduces vibration in tissues, which in turn reduces muscle damage,
3 - improves biochemical parameters for running.
As a result, wearing compression socks improves running performance.

This sock is not suited to recovery.
How to select your size?
To optimise the efficiency of the compression sock, take various precise measurements of your biggest calf and select the matching sock size.
Size M - calf width:32 / 36 CM
size L - calf width:37 / 41 CM
How to slide on the sock
Roll your sock down from the calf to the ankle.
Stretch your sock out to the side with both hands and slide it over the foot and heel. Carefully unroll it over your leg from the ankle.
Adjust the sock below the knee, ensure the material is evenly spread around the calf with no folds along the leg*.
